This is called the emailseller.net refund and Replaces policy and will be Applied within 24 Hours from purchase. If 24 Hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, and a Refund is only applicable if your purchased item can’t be delivered or not working after a fix or replacement (if we saw the product really working but the Customer disagreed then the refund application would be not Valid). It must also be in the original Details for an acceptable Refund.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
